La experiencia ARTE CONOCERME te ayudará a CULTIVAR y MEJORAR TU BIENESTAR, utilizando positividad colonizadora, utilizando códigos de colores asociados a tu experiencia en vida. - Consta de un enunciado que toca diferentes temáticas que forman TU UNIVERSO DE BIENESTAR: ser, cuerpo, y espacio habitado. - Responderás con la metodología explicada a lo largo de la experiencia, mediante un ejemplo ya realizado por CIA en vídeo con audio explicativo y dibujos. - Los talleres impartidos por CIA, son la simulación práctica de la metodología, que además incluyen referencias que avalan beneficios, respiración, meditación guiada, visualización y disfrute del ejemplo visual y práctico. - Vía Zoom, la invitación será enviada tras reserva previa del taller. - Mínimo 4 personas. - Cancelación con 4 días. - Recibirás un Certificado de haber realizado la Experiencia. Reserva tu plaza en BOOKING, puedes elegir los horarios te interesen dentro del mismo plan, hasta sacar horario fijo. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The ART TO KNOW MYSELF experience will help you to CULTIVATE and IMPROVE YOUR WELL-BEING, using colonizing positivity, using colour codes associated with your life experience. - The statement goes through different themes that make up YOUR WELLNESS UNIVERSE: being, body, and inhabited space. - You will respond with the methodology explained throughout the experience, through an example already made by the CIA in video with explanatory audio and drawings. - The workshops taught by CIA are the practical simulation of the methodology, which also include references that support benefits, breathing, guided meditation, visualization and enjoyment of the visual and practical example. - Via Zoom, the invitation will be sent after prior reservation of the workshop. - Minimum 4 people. - Cancellation with 4 days. - You will receive a Certificate of having completed the Experience. Reserve your place in BOOKING, you can choose the schedules that interest you within the same plan, until you get a fixed schedule.
